CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.—October 2, 2013 (James Street Media Services)—Kenco, a leading provider of distribution, transportation, and supply chain intelligence solutions, hosted partners from around North America for a Customer Summit September 24–25 at the Chicago Hilton Suites.

The event provided an opportunity for attendees to share ideas, thoughts, perspectives, trends, challenges, and solutions in a intimate, strategic setting.

Round table discussions were moderated by Dr. Ted Stank of the University of Tennessee’s Department of Marketing and Supply Chain Management. Those sessions focused on:
•    Strategy and Performance;
•    Talent and Information Management;
•    Relationship Management;
•    Planning and Execution; and
•    The Future of 3PL Services.

In addition to these topics, the results of the 2013 Warehousing Education and Resource Council’s (WERC) annual benchmarking study, “DC Measures,” were presented by Kate Vitasek and Joseph Tillman of Supply Chain Visions. Attendees also had the opportunity to meet and network with peers at historic Wrigley Field prior to the summit.
