Four separate presentations at WERC will feature experts from Kenco, all focusing on the warehousing and logistics industry:
•    Senior Vice President Sean Coakley will offer tips on how to transform quarterly business reviews from dull number crunching into strategic work sessions that enhance the customer/supplier relationship.
•    “Measuring What Matters” will be the topic for Vice President Jason Minghini, as he presents on using Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to support and align an organization’s goals with customer needs. Later, Minghini will also head up a group discussion on the best ways to use metrics once they are collected.
•    Vice President and General Counsel Ann Christopher will host a forum on “Logistics Industry Legal Issues” discussing applicable laws, regulations, and legal trends.

WERC's Annual Conference is a multi-tiered educational conference and trade show dedicated to logistics. It will run from April 27–30 at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. More information about the conference is available online.
