Railinc Joins Blockchain in Transport Alliance

CARY, N.C.—May 1, 2018—(James Street Media Services)—Railinc Corp. announced today that it has joined the Blockchain in Transport Alliance (BiTA), a consortium of more than 250 transportation and logistics companies that is creating a forum for the development of blockchain technology standards and education for the freight industry.

BiTA was formed in 2017 by experienced tech and transportation executives with the goal of bringing together leading companies in the freight technology industries that have a vested interest in the development of blockchain technology.
